I’m not military but I believe they want no more than 120 days from interview to class but someone can correct me.

From WAI briefing: Show on your app earliest available date and they will decide when to call you in and keep applying at each window. No time limit.

Does Southwest want a cover letter attached to the resume? And if so who do I address it to?

First time post here, sorry if this is a dumb question. From my understanding, to apply for this SWA window, I need to complete my SWA pilot credentials profile as well as sign up for a profile on the SWA website. I have done both of these. As surprise to me, I received an email today that I was not selected for consideration at this time. Now for my question, is it typical to receive an email this early in the application window? Based on my understanding of my qualifications, I would be surprised to see a rejection letter this early. Makes me wonder if I did something wrong with my app. Any suggestions? I meet all SWA requirements, current/qualified USAF pilot with over 1500 PIC fighter hours.

Not mine. Shows "Received Submission" for this window and the one from December.
