I will add my icims status changed to “resume under review” on Monday 10/2.
I think that would debunk any rumors of the status changing just because you were “tagged” at the event.

Does SWA decide who's icims profile to review based on the score pilotcredentials generates or should every application submitted during the current application window change status from "submission received" at some point. I'm asking because I applied during the August window and my status never changed. I re-applied Sept 29th and attended the job fair and my status still hasn't changed, but appears other with similar qualifications that attended the fair are under review. Thanks.

FWIW, I also applied during the August window and it went from "Submission Received" to "Closed Complete" after 3 weeks. There was no in between for mine. Not even sure if it was looked at or if the HR Robot auto-kicked it out.

Just wait it out. You'll see it change (as long as you are qualified for the position) at some point soon. Sometimes, it happens very quickly so you may not see it change from one thing to another. I've heard of some changing within a week and some over a month. Just let the process run its course.

Good luck

Mine went from "Closed Complete" (Aug 2 window) after 2 weeks, then "Under review" 9/6 when they sent the invite. So, "Closed Complete" is not necessarily the kiss of death.

I wish I was able to get in to the Job Fair. 8 seconds after the registration opened it was sold out (at least that's the message the screen told me)....every hour... Oh well.

It was not easy for most to score a ticket. Persistence paid off.

We were congratulated at the event for 'having the fastest internet in the West'.

Those of you that are capable, I might suggest you write your own Perl script to do the repetitive button pushing for you, and then alarm you when the software succeeds at getting in.
