Does SWA decide who's icims profile to review based on the score pilotcredentials generates or should every application submitted during the current application window change status from "submission received" at some point. I'm asking because I applied during the August window and my status never changed. I re-applied Sept 29th and attended the job fair and my status still hasn't changed, but appears other with similar qualifications that attended the fair are under review. Thanks.

Mine went from "Closed Complete" (Aug 2 window) after 2 weeks, then "Under review" 9/6 when they sent the invite. So, "Closed Complete" is not necessarily the kiss of death.

I wish I was able to get in to the Job Fair. 8 seconds after the registration opened it was sold out (at least that's the message the screen told me)....every hour... Oh well.

We were congratulated at the event for 'having the fastest internet in the West'.
Those of you that are capable, I might suggest you write your own Perl script to do the repetitive button pushing for you, and then alarm you when the software succeeds at getting in.
