I was able to list no problem also. The problem comes in retrieving the listing to check in to check in online. Since you can do that up to 24 hours in advance, I decided to try it before I went to the airport and just see.

Any more reports on the new system? Southwest looks like my best choice for my commute tomorrow so I made an online listing.

This won't do you a bit of good for the jumpseat. One hour check in at the gate podium is still the rule.
If you are wanting to get on the standby list for flow back purposes I wouldn't worry about it, but our instructions are to check in on the southwest.com website only and not the app or ID90 website.
Best of luck. Things are getting slowly worked out, but this is brand new for everyone using it.

Show up a little early if possible. Things are going ok, but jumpseat issues persist due to the learning curve involved.

It seems that the listing tool for the Commuter Listing on myIDtravel has the same requirement for minimum employment time that a ZED fare would have. If I search flights with my actual DOH, nothing is available, if I extend it a few months, the flights are selectable.

I will pass it along.

many of the flights i want to select to commute on, will not display on myidtravel..ie I wanted to commute on a direct flight that I was at the gate for (mind you I had tried to list the night prior, the morning of, 2 hours before before getting to the gate) but that flight would never appear on the site. the old jumpseat phone number was not any help as they can no longer list you and she had no explanation of what I should do- which i understand because it is impossible to predict and train for all possible problems. The gate agents could not figure out how to list me. I missed my commute to work on a 3/4 full flight that I arrived at the gate an hour and a half prior to departure.

Not sure if you saw. But after May 9th you cannot list over the phone. Must be something on your end because I'm not seeing any issues from our pilot group. So maybe talk to myidtravel? Also supervisors can list you at the gate if they have time. Sorry to hear about your issues

If you run into this problem again list on ANY other Southwest flight. As long as you have a reservation they can retrieve that reservation and apply your booking to the flight you're trying to get on.

Myidtravel will not show flights inside an hour from scheduled push. This is a known issue that is being worked out apparently. In the meantime you should be able to list for any flight the same day and a gate agent can move the listing to your current flight. If it is the last flight of the day, you can list for one the next day and they can allegedly move that too.
Sorry. This has been painful for all of us including SWA pilots.
