Has anyone completed their first year lately? A buddy is wondering how the average salary works out ($) during year one and two if you're just flying your line or a little extra?

Finished probie year in Dec also with $89k on the W2. Commuted for 4 mos. Drove to work the rest. Picked up 1-3 days extra a month for a 115 avg. should be pretty easy to beat that with the new cba
Doing a 125 avg this yr by picking up a prem trip a month. Should make 150k+ depending how the rest of the year goes.

I'm similar. Commuted the whole time. Picked up only 4 days of flying. Was on reserve all but 1 month still averaged 105 tfp/month. When the new rules for reserve pay per day went into effect I made another 1500 a month and flew more.
On 2nd yr now and blank lines. I'm an elit wore but I don't fly more days. Been averaging 125tfp/month working 15 days cause the blanks are stacked right now. Premium reroute pay on half of my trips each month. I'll easily do 150k plus not including B fund or per diem or PS. I could do 170 if I play the game this summer.

Based on my year so far, it is going to be a very interesting summer. Spring break, which has previously been a pretty good indicator of how summer is going to go, has been absolute madness.

Do a month of reserve and enjoy! Almost every time I'd get tagged with a turn, they add more and everything they add ends up paying premium. My favorite so far was 3 day reserve block, flew 7 hours block, paid 26.05... Another 3 day block I did, I ended up flying 11, paid 33.20...
If we could ELITT reserve blocks, I'd bid reserve...
