Ha phx increase?! Mesa has actually grown in PHX and with Compass opening the domicile there for delta, wait and see the eagle flow from lax, and eventually grow. We even lost a few standups over the last few months to Mesa, and we know
The company has a hard on for those

Wrong!

The new pay package has a provision that first year pay can be changed at will by management. So no, management doesn't have do anything for the pilots here and can laugh in our faces that this package was voted in, as they should.

Thank you SAPA!

Thank you nutless pilot majority.

Pretty helpful and constructive. I give it a 3/10

We have the worlds most apathetic group who don’t want to know anything. Sad.
Your post history shows you go to each regional thread saying how bad SkyWest is...if you really work here why don’t you leave?

Habitual complainers can certainly wear one out. They of course exist at all levels of the career. If someone wants to make some positive change, good on ya - but the constant moaning is tortuous.

Does it say somewhere in our propaganda which bases get which dedicated flight bennies? I've stumbled around in the travel manual but it doesn't seem to stipulate which domiciles and airframes get which partners.
