Yes you will get one. As long as stINC can continue to hire pilots that are willing to usurp union labor and weaken pilot QOL and bargaining power. Any where ASA held a base you will expand into. You are welcome.

We dont have one because we dont have a max number of attendance violations tell discipline... sapa has said we don't want one tell it becomes a problem.. why put a “number” on violations when right now we dont have a number.. think of it from that prospective...

That is a very logical perspective I can respect that. So there are no steps of discipline that are cumulative towards termination. If there is no number is the flip side that the company just as well could terminate on your first infraction? I they felt they wanted to could they? I doubt they would mind you , on just one infraction, but could they? Do you get any commuter hotels paid for like some other union regionals I have heard of.

I just took a poll of all 4500 SkyWest pilots and it was unanimous, no one cares what you think. The consensus was that you are a sad, pathetic, unhappy person and we feel sorry for you. Here's hoping you don't choke on your next interview. 👍👍👍

They were already on the books.

Board "Chip, should we wait until you settle your pilot costs before ordering?"
Chip "ha ha. No. I've already sent the purchase order. The pilots will take what we give them. They always do"
Board "You sure?"
Chip "Totally. Don't forget I pay SAPA and they do as they are told!!!"
Board "Great job Chip. Party on the house boat still on today?"
Chip "Yep. Don't forget to bring your own water!!"

Whatever. We have to stop *****ing about every damn thing. It's really annoying. Be happy that we got those planes and not somebody else.
