A scab is a person who “crosses a picket line” regardless of whether you are a union member or not. Reference the non-union pilots who crossed the Spirit line.
Also, I would take issue with one thing he said, highest pay.

It will be interesting to see how we can staff these new aircraft, especially with the "aggressive" scheduling. They better start ramping up the E175 training dept... EDIT: and recruiting efforts lol.

Ok fair enough just so all potential "Skywest" Pilots are in the know you are becoming a scab joining that airline. You know when you get hired there you have no representation. You got turned into a scab when st George used you to take away your unionized brethren's flying.

Sorry not even close again. Plenty of examples of “unionized brethren” absorbing flying from one carrier to another.
