Nothing against you guys, I'm sure you're all a decent bunch to fly with, but on principle alone, I'd rather leave the industry, go ACMI, or make a lateral move outside of the Inc world. I can honestly say that mirrors the sentiment most of us share on the red headed stepchild side of the operation. We're escaping the trainwreck at a rate of up to 100/mo on the ASA side and about 60/mo on the L-XJT side. Inc can have fun picking up the pieces, and I hope that the financial penalties for not being able to fulfill their CPAs on our side really cause St. George some pain, it's well deserved.

Or they could go to 9E and upgrade in the same amount of time. Your year 8-9 pay rate is roughly 9Es proposed pay rate year 1.

They have already taken care of that.. look at your new UA contract.. “up to 100 aircraft”... Sucks to see your attitude towards Inc. you could be a NH Captain keeping your longevity for pay/401k/Travel. Then get hired at a Major and leave them again..

Yet they told the pilots, and continue to this day, it's for 126 ERJs. I don't think it matters anyway because they probably won't be able to staff 100 ERJs. And CC has gone on record saying that it's economically unfeasible when it gets below 100. Anyway, I think he was referring to the DAL CPA that still has until November 18.

And you guys believe the 126 statement... jet all investor notes say “up to”... wish you guys the best of luck that other airlines struggle to staff while you guys stabilize your operation.. but long run INC doesn’t own those planes. We know how that goes...

That is an interesting point. I haven't compared the rates but if true 9E becomes a viable alternative without the emotional baggage of INC.

Plus they have the DGI whatever that is worth and basically only dual class flying.

Well, Inc created the bad blood, not the ASA/XJT pilots. 100% of the folks I've flown with have stated that they would rather start over at the bottom of the Endeavor list than take a hand out from the rats in SGU. Can't blame them, why go fly the friendly skies for the same people who destroyed your previous company? I'm fairly confident we'll all end up someplace better than where we're at without having to go through Inc.

You could be a DEC on X year pay in ATL with travel, vacay, and 401k longevity but you'd rather start over at another regional? I get the angst, but that's a lot of money on the table if you don't get to a major asap.

Actually they are right though. There’s only a difference of a couple dollars between starting over at Skywest or starting over at Endeavor. Upgrade time is just as short there as it is here.
