A very small select group of pilots (including at least 2 SAPA reps) who are close to retirement will still get to fly airliners as a hobby in retirement. That's what the pilot group gets.

Exactly.. im fine letting someone retired fly the Roswell paint repos. Reserve pilots should NEVER have to drive a rental from ABQ to ROW ever!!! (Done that twice)

Our planes, our jobs. Company can't benefit from non seniority list labor AND short staff the airline all at once....
