It's always funny when bitter old timers come onto APC to complain about the new generations that are getting hired on at legacies in hordes nowadays with zero TPIC.

I'm not sure the term "hordes" is quite accurate. There's a few, but from my contacts in the hiring departments at two of the big 3, those with TPIC still make up the lion's share of civilian hiring.

Haha yeah I know, man. Just ruffling Truthanator's feathers. Apparently anyone who doesn't accept the increasing trend of crappy QOL and low pay is a young millennial (despite that there are many of us not in our 20s like me who have a gripe as this company is literally making record profits by the day...stock went from $35 to $48 in literally one week).

Starting pay in 2007 was around $20/hr with no bonus', and some were not paid during training. That's 10 years ago.
So tell us all some more about how bad it is now compared to the "old" days.
How is doubling your pay, flying better equipment, having more choices, and better airport food an "increasing trend of crappy QOL"?
If you really are in your 30's or 40's, and you are still this clueless, it's even more startling. If you are going to keep barking loud nonsense, you should at least admit to being a clueless millennial. That would excuse most of it.

Back to old timers vs millennials huh.
Can't we all just sum it up, agree, and move on..
Millennials want instant gratification and don't want to put in the time that the old guys have.
Old timers want everyone to have to work for nothing and not complain because that's what they had to do.

Hard to guess where you fall in this hierarchy.
