Skywest is a business with all the business things like...*customers*.
Our customers decided to renew (buy) a smaller amount of flying than they had before.
Xpressjet is transitioning to a dual class fleet and even then they are hopeful that United will have to keep the 145 lift with new *profitable contracts*. Profitability is a business thing too.
Inc block hours have been shrinking yoy. United has selected other airlines to fly the 145. They sure aren't at skyw.

Looks like 9 months upgrade was just a one time glitch.
Upgrade stabilized just under 2 years last few awards.
Most junior CA in this one end of August 2015 hire so far

For whom do we fly in SFO? That is a ton of ERJ FOs sent there, some straight out of training. Something must be on the horizon for certain....

Last week at my interview, they were talking about Dallas opening soon...And New York. They were openly talking about it.
