Skywest v2.0
That's what I thought, and that was when the website was down, months ago. It's been 3 months since IOE finished for me. Any idea how long issues may last?

Poor Mesa they must not get QOL improvements since they don't have a union.
Oh wait that's right, they have ALPA. Yet Mesa still pays less than Great Lakes, for pilots to fly a bigger airframe with more seats.

Looks like the pay package passed the reps 18-1. Thats shows they worked hard on it. And feel its a good offer..

How does that show effort one way or the other?
They also felt 1% with attached concessions was a good enough offer.
I will wait to read it.

I would like to take this time to pound my chest and scoff at a couple of you turds when I called this soft landing program being extended to other airlines. I believe perTurbed called me out on hearing it from an LCA. Just thought I'd make a worthless post. TFAYD

Could it be you live where one of the rumored bases is and are foolish enough to believe that you must accept a lower than average pay package for the company to survive and grow?
In the current state of the industry, there is absolutely no reason for us to accept anything less than the best. The value of a pilot has never been higher and you are doing yourself and every other pilot a disservice by working for less than you're worth. Every other regional (less Mesa) are seeing increases in compensation, don't let the company fool you.
I am not saying this new negotiation will be unacceptable, but by the sound of the email, it will surprise me if it is. I wait patiently to hear the details.
