One can hope! I would like the 200's to get rid of that ugly paint job though...lol. I like the new AA paint.

There is a CFI hired on where I work that is a 1st year FO at Skywest. Although I never have seen him work.

Hi Everyone! I'm interviewing with Skywest in a couple of weeks and would love to get the ERJ. I live in south east Wisconsin so I'd like a Chicago base. Is the ERJ in Chicago attainable? Thanks, love this website.

If we are at an airport with no SID but the airport does have an ODP are we required to fly the ODP? I have been searching for this in the SOPM/FOM/OP Specs but haven't found anything yet.

Yes you are. Unless you specifically obtain a vmc climb clearance, to which you are then responsible to maintain vfr ad terrain separation.
