You should be working on your resume, not whining to SKW pilots on APC.

From the looks of it, the guy needs to get a bachelors degree. Sorry bud but associates won't cut it no matter how much 121 TPIC time you have.

Maybe your attitude bespeaketh why.... You come into this thread accusing SKYW pilots of hurting your livelihood when in reality a select few of SKYW Inc. management are to be blamed.

I didn't accuse Skywest pilots of anything ..I said Skywest Inc..management not you guys..I have always been very cordial to pilots over the years..be it in hotel vans or when you guys have come for the jumpseat..it was not an attack on you..it was simply just to vent my displeasure at managements decision to slam the door on a great group of guys that have been doing this for a very long time. We got stranded at the regional level because of 9/11..the 08 meltdown and the age 65 thing. After all those years we became senior guys at a decent company. We make fair money, weekends off, holidays off, and decent vacation time. Thats where the apprehension to move on stems from. Again, it wasn't meant as an attack towards your pilot group.

Who has/does not have degrees at SkyWest?
What kind of degrees?
To make it easier...what's the percentage of pilots with degrees, without and Associates or Bachelors?
