Extremely unlikely. Recent 121 failures are a auto no from the review board

Why?
At my last job a classmate was washed and fired then came to SkyWest and now has years of seniority on me. (And more money)

I am anticipating a much longer reserve on the ERJ. They are cutting the classes in half behind me, because pilots have outrun deliveries. So, fewer people behind me in seniority at base until deliveries catch up.

Not necessarily. We have the resources to work with people who struggle more so than other places.

I doubt that's the case. We have upgrades who's classes are getting pushed out because they are worried about staffing the right seat.

Heard FAA is cracking down on ERJ training program. A bunch of people going through training got busted on their LOEs. FAA not like something about our training right now?

Haven't heard anything about that.

How are the rooms set up at the candlewood? Saw pictures on thier website but not a floor plan. Are both beds in the same room? Or is it one bed, and the other bed is the pullout? Besides the obvious things, is there anything that you wish you had brought to training that you didn't? Thanks guys.

One bed is in the actual bed room and the other is basically in the living room. So figure out who wants to stay up/ get up early/ use the kitchen and make them stay out in the livingroom. I brought my skis, had a couple of good days of skiing.

QFT... Skis and non-Utah PBR are essential for taking a training break!
