So no, your little gif does nothing.
Let's resort to ad hominem because using facts clearly is beyond your scope of debating abilities. You're a true Skywest teetsucker

Been out of flying for a while and thinking about getting back in. I do not have any 121 experience. I live in Phx and would ask for the Crj.
1. If you were given a base other than Phx out of training do you have to wait until a reserve line opens to change bases or do you just wait until you have enough seriority?
2. How long until you can hold a line in Phx?
Thanks in advance.

2) most junior line holder seems to be January 2015 hire, most junior in base
9/28/2015 hire. Phx is always in flux

Republic? Yeah they pay for single rooms during training but there is a whole laundry list of other reasons I would never work there, even with a 6 month upgrade.
ExpressJet? Way better work rules and an actual contract that makes them do little things like award upgrades/transfers by seniority. But SW is slowly removing their flying and I think reserve is long time. SW management is punishing them for not playing nice during the XJT/ASA merger and will tell the pilots they are bidding for flying but most likely are just trying to keep butts in the seats as long as they can.
Problem is SW has the most bases, hiring the most pilots right now, non existent reserve for CRJ hires and tons of new flying coming in over the next 18 months. Instead of the culture of trying to be the best regional out there, we seem to have changed to "Well at least we don't suck as bad as (Insert other regional) because of (insert other minor difference)" If you want to be based in MSP or ORD, there really isn't any better choice. Management has just realized there will be tons of churn over the next couple years, so they can just make promises of working on stuff that they have no intention of fixing. SW has become just another regional to get in, get hours and move on.

1) you can change based as often as you want, there has to be a opening in that base and you have to be the most senior person requesting that base, bids are processed once a month.

Thanks! Where are they sending most out of training?

ORD. Then they will OBR them out to other bases to provide enough reserve coverage to cover operations but not enough that pilots can drop\post trips in Sched+. Then CS can brag about how many manual transactions they did for the day.
Looks like the May 25th class will have 15 new hires for the 175. No word on CRJ classes or numbers. Another big middle finger to those wanting to transition to the 175 and they are now being promised an August class. And in August they will be told something else.
