Wondering about reserve, would a 1.5 hour drive to the airport according to google maps be sufficient to make a 2-hour callout without too much difficulty?

Which airport? DEN for instance can take a full half hour depending on weather to the gate. You should be ok for most airports though in the SkyW system. Any traffic might impact that quick however.

Just remember it's two hours to be inside of security, not at the gate

I'm curious what's going to happen to GJ if the UAL 700s are leaving SKW. Are they also losing them?

upgrade times and all that nonsense is basically going to be a mute point once these flag of convenience carriers get their services going. People getting on at regionals now or getting into aviation will probably have a messy career ahead of them as the legacies shrink and the jobs go overseas. within 10 years, the US airline industry will be a disaster and not worth working for. reconsider your options and plan a quick back up
The correct phrase is moot point. A moot point can be either an issue open for debate, or a matter of no practical value or importance because it’s hypothetical. The latter is more common in modern American English. The term comes from British law where it describes a hypothetical point of discussion used as teaching exercise for law students. This finds its roots in an early noun sense of moot: “an assembly of the people in early England exercising political, administrative, and judicial powers.”

Its a function of the UA contract being up and AA giving better rates for the planes. Im not sure when GoJets contract is up.. but them getting denied Aspen qual won't help them.

Let's be real for a moment...it's 2 hours to being a few minutes away from KCM, on the employee shuttle bus
As long as you can make it to your gate by 30 minutes prior to push (i.e. 2:15 from the time you are called), you're good. And there aren't that many airports where it literally takes :15 from KCM to get to your gate.
