Really? You don't think a lot of the ORD 175'ers will want to head west with the additional frames coming online for Delta? I thought it might make ORD have an exodus and have newbies go back into ord. Thoughts?

Just look at standing bids to get an idea ...

They would have left already. If you are in ORD, chances are they live there and are not going to do a west coast commute.

interview
I have an upcoming interview with Skywest. I left the 121 world after my NWA class was cancelled in 08. Delta never called, so I started my own business and now looking at getting back in. I'm a Michigan guy, ORD OR DTW, preferably DTW. What is the chance of holding DTW? Will the flying continue to grow there? Approx how long currently to upgrade in DTW? Is it shorter for us previous 121 guys with plenty of RJ time. Really want to go to place that is fun to go to work at, and has some sort of long term career stability if I decide not move up to a major again. I have a family, two young kids and I would love to return to the airline world, but would like some sort of quality of life. Don't mind paying some dues in the short run, but definitely want to be able to drive to work. Feel free to PM me as well. Thanks, much appreciated.

As far as the upgrades, who could truly foresee them? I think that elmetal was the one here who upgraded into DTW two years and four months after being hired, so current upgrade bid-awards are fairly low there. Upgrade times fluctuate, so hinging upon a variety of things it could be more or less for you.
