So putting your medallion in the worst seats isn't the best idea?
I wasn't sure if it was going to happen over there or not. I think it's a dumb idea, but it's already in progress at 9E.

Interesting.
I've thougt the opposite, as in ripping seats out would not only encourage brand loyalty by way of leg room but also help the environmental system.

I suspect DL is differentiating - or at least prioritizing by market.

NY and West Coast is just more relevant than many of the DL CRJ 200 locations we serve .... just look at the focus on the West Coast shuttle. I have never seen anything comparable for MSP or DTW destinations.

It's not ripping seats out, its just turning row 1 into comfort+, a net result in zero seats changing.

How does that work? Is it a new set of seats or do they move the row back a couple of inches? I've never heard of this before on a 200.

It is not - just creating the perception I guess. The first row on UA also shows as Economy Plus on your UA app. Misleading if you ask me but I guess it is marketing.

There were sending new hires (post CTP) to ATL as of 2 months ago. Recently classes are getting SLC and CVG.

Seat covers, free drinks, dedicated overhead bin, IIRC.
