SEA/PDX, that being said nothing is off the table, if you want SFO it probably won't be long. ORD is strangely senior right now but look for some movement to the west.

You should be able to hold it fairly quickly; however, the RJ in LA has a lot of senior FOs, so moving up the seniority list might be a slow process as compared to other bases.
For example: This month, FO's with over a year and a half at the company got pushed back to reserve. That's how it is right now, but of course is subject to change for new hires today.

It would take at least 3 months after IOE to hold LAX on the CRJ.
LAX is being issued right out of training on the E175 at the moment.
SEA just went really junior on the E175, if you are looking to go to the west coast somewhere.

For those on property, please vote in the PBS transparency vote (vote yes). It'll mean we can see the awards for all other pilots to see how senior or junior pairings go. Most other airlines have this ability, and will hopefully lead to better accountability should trips be awarded out of seniority, i.e., globalization.

Um, no. I for one am junior and know how to bid. It's why my schedule comes out consistently better than captains with years of seniority on me. It's not my fault they don't understand how PBS works and I do. I don't want them seeing how often my schedule is better than theirs and realizing they need to bid differently to get what they want.
If you're junior, and actually really know how to bid, this is a bad idea, long term your schedule will turn worse.

Transparency is never a bad thing, unless you have something to hide.
