I am not, but I wish someone would. The lack of a real agreement is getting old. Skywest writes policy so it looks good during negotiations , but is interpreted to management's favor after the handshake agreement. The worst part! We continue to let them do it.

Ask any of the hundreds of Mesa refugees how great alpa was at fixing this or anything else. Or TSA. Just stop it with the union utopia agitating.

This is a tired and myopic argument. Even the best union can't fix a terrible company.

There was nothing wrong with that hotel when I stayed there.

Company has treated me well, crew support explains why I can't get my way, and I understand. I have yet to feel I need to pay someone to complain for me. Nothing in life is perfect but a deduction in my check for a false sense of security does not interest me. Oh wait I do pay taxes...

I've pointed this out in the past. What you lose every paycheck alone from historical credit vs block, is more than union dues cost.

Here I am starting a 30 hour 4 day.

Oh wait, sorry, 28:29 credit.
