I saw they changed an AS tail number to an SW.
who is AS?

If it was on the side of a CRJ, then it was ASA.

I assumed but that was an assumption. So I asked.
I also don't know who owned the EV tails or the BR tails.

BR were originally ACA. Atlantic Coast for you young ones. - google it.
