Those numbers are not true. I have gotten calls (didn’t answer) from them to cover flights that were in danger of canceling for lack of staffing and watched them code the cancelation as weather or maintenance when it didn’t get covered.
They will stretch it in any way they can to not code it as a staffing cancelation.

By fall, a flow.. these forum boards haven’t changed in 20 years either!!!
No way in hell are we ever getting any sort of flow. We can’t even get commuter parking.

They are not contractually responsible for WX CANX, so that's the preferred code. Sometimes it's even halfway true, ie a WX delayed crew times out. The fact that they had no reserves is beside the point.

Yup. I’ve had flights cancel for “weather” after we timed out because there wasn’t reserves.

Yes at no great pace but it’s fine. The more net loss months we have the better for us. Take your time guys and give us a legitimate TA this time please.

It is soooo cute , how you folks refer to it as a TA or contract. Pretending to have a union is absolutely adorable.

It is in fact a legal contract, signed by both parties. I did a real estate deal last week, didn't have any unions involved in that contract either. The enforcement mechanism is different than with a union.
