Stock is now at $60. Seems like a great time to issue a secondary offering.

Pay down debt but mostly just make it rain on the pilots!!!

Hate to say it but it won’t happen. I hope it does for the pilot group.

The best way to see a living wage is to move on.

They pay a living wage, get real. The issue is QOL and market rates. Moving on is the ticket though.

35k a year is a living wage? Maybe in FAT or BOI, not really in any of our other bases. I realize many of us slugged it out for much less, but that doesn't make it a livable wage by any stretch of the imagination.

You guys had your chance to vote down that crap package. Thanks for undermining what every good regional is trying to do.

You really don't get it. Many voted no on that crap package, but the reality is that management will do whatever the hell they want to do without resistance. I'm willing to bet if the majority voted no, then the offer would've been retracted and nothing would've changed. It's simply how this company works. It sucks, many don't agree with it, but Rick is correct. The only way to improve things, at least your personal financial situation, is to get what you need and move on. Hiring is too good to sit around here wasting time.

Where do you come up with $35K a year?

If only there was some organization that could unite the pilot group and collectively bargain for you guys... I get it completely. We little regional guys have very little power. To be honest, even mainline labor really doesn't, thanks to the RLA. One bad recession and a bankruptcy, you're screwed. The market is far more powerful than we'll ever be. The fact is YOU don't get it. We're in one of the best labor markets for pilots in decades, and you guys vote in what you did. Grow up, stand up for what you're worth and secure some gains while you can. You'll be thankful you did. The rest of the industry will be too.
