It’s constantly changing but most junior are ATL, DTW, MSP, and ORD. Not necessarily in that order. ORD and MSP can be held quickly if not right not of training.

What about IAH? How long to hold that?

One of my buddies just did it. Sounds like the training was fine. It's just a crappy airplane compared to the 175. Especially in winter

Good to hear. I'm still a bit from upgrade, just wanted to see how guys are handling it. The 175 will make you lazy for sure.

Hope you haven't gotten used to in-flight meals. And a proper environmental system. And being able to walk under the wing. And happy customers. And having a life outside of work.

We only grew by 5 pilots in January!
Looks like hiring was normal but attrition was huge.

There is this magical sucking sound from the top of the list every time SWA runs a class.
