Yes. We need to change that. But for now, not focus on it... a pay raise is a pay raise... i would gladly take a Republic/Endeavor match and still keep the block/credit bs...

I never said I didn’t want a raise... yes i voted yes for the pay package. But that was more for the growth...

The "growth" was coming whether people were dumb enough to vote yes for the crappy pay package or not, and who wants the growth when we haven't been properly staffed for years anyway?
