There are more than a few here who did plenty of heavy lifting. You and I had more than a few face to face conversations during the last ALPA drive. If you can't remember that, oh well.

I talked with dozens of Skywest pilots. So I don't remember everyone I had conversations with. I worded what I was trying to say very poorly. So I think we just have a misunderstanding. What I was trying to say is that unless and until Skywest pilots decide to participate in the community of union pilots in this profession, you will continue to take advantage of things (like Kcm, cass, ASAP, etc) without doing your share of the lifting, as you put it. Admittedly, many of you, by no fault of your own.

Must be nice to enjoy what others have paid for. Nobody wants a union or to pay for one but mgt forced one on the industry years ago. Without one the majors would be replaced by the regionals if mgt had their way. We would be flying boeings and airbuses for $80/hr.

Nice try at demonizing, pilots are responsible for the degradation of the job. For every new hire F/O who accepts sub par pay to fly a shiny jet, there was a Legacy pilot voting for scope reduction in exchange for pay. The problem is staring you in the mirror every morning as you prepare to go to the WIA job fair or the gay one, or any number of employment fairs so you can get ahead of the next guy. It won't work, the guy who you are trying to get ahead of will sell you out as quickly as you would sell him.....
