Compared to other regionals hardly anyone is leaving. I move up maybe 10 per month while my friends at other regionals are moving up 90/month. I bet if we take a concessionary contract our upgrade time will drop back down to 2 years too when they jump ship.

To answer the OP's question, as a 6-7 year RJ captain I made about $89,000 on reserve. YMMV.

As a senior jet FO at SkyWest, one can bring down $60,000-$80,000. Have to be able to hold soft time to do so, but it's possible.

I'm hoping to bring down $120,000-$150,000 this year between all my income sources. So it's possible to make a good living on a FO schedule, just have to work hard, take few days off, and develop some skills outside of flying.

Don't get comfortable with that and stop you from moving on to the majors.

Apples and oranges? What other sources? We are talking about only flying.

Our work rules and pay aren't bad. It's a hard decision to give up a schedule of doing all locals and standups making 100k/year and go back to reserve for the chance to make 150k. I'm definitely going to try to move on, but I can see where a lot of people are coming from who don't know if they want to.

If our company were treating us like RAH, Eagle or 9E treat their employees then a lot more people would be moving on.

I'd like to make a polite request for a $6000+ FO monthly pay stub screen shot

Seems possible. That's 100 hrs a month at $49 an hour. 80k on the other hand would need about 135 hrs a month at $49.
