Oh, and BH transfers over with his seniority as well!
You can quote that little gem from your contract all you want, it will never happen. All they have to do it return the aircraft to the lessor, and then re-lease them. But keep holding onto that little sliver of hope you have.

Anyway, arbitrators look at intent. JA would be hard pressed to get that passed an independent arbitrator.

Wouldn't you want fellow pilots to keep their jobs', compensation, and seniority anyway? Would you be ok with JA doing something so immoral and unethical to a fellow human being?

We had the same language under the JCBA at Pinnacle/Mesaba/Colgan, and look where a lot of those planes are now, without the pilots that used to fly them. So you come on here and ***** and complain about SkyWest pilots and now you want our sympathy? Not gonna get it from this guy.

The problem is that corporate anywhere only cares about padding their pockets and keeping the shareholders happy. So why would you expect any different from INC? Unfortunately, the employees are more of a liability to them than an asset. Unethical or not, they simply don't care and will continue to do what is best for them.

Who said anything about your sympathy or Skywest pilots? I'm calling out our CEO. I would just hope that good people (including Skywest pilots) wouldn't want to do that to others. It's up to JA though (if this ever happens) to decide whether he wants to abide by our contract or go the immoral route and screw over his fellow human being.

Do you know what insanity is? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome. SkyWest is a corporation that cares about one thing, money. At the end of the day, would it be cheaper to re-lease the aircraft than to transfer them with the pilots who would come over with longevity? This has happened several times, and each time, the pilots did not follow the aircraft. What makes you think this time would be different?

Did I mention anything about a single list anywhere in that post? Looks like you need a little help with reading comprehension. I was referring to the language about the transfer of pilots with aircraft.
