Yet another reason to have no union... Unions have destroyed the regionals

So how bout the regionals that are being talked into consessions? Same market forces acting there? Because if so the same force has exactly opposite results at different companies.

We not sky gods, its a small raise but for months people have been saying were next, and questioning if we'll hold the line or join the likes of PSA. This TA puts that talk to bed.

That stuff isn't negotiable - company policy. You take what they give.

You guys are excited about a 1% raise? That doesn't come close to keeping up with inflation.

The free medical and uniform $ is nice, but other than that, I don't see much here.

How would you feel about the proposal if you took away the recent Pinnacle and PSA agreement?

Flawed logic. It was those very agreements that gave everyone else weakened bargaining power.

A pay rate for a 2 year Bro FO that's higher than a 76 seat Jet FO at RAH means that you "don't see much there"? The first time a pay raise has been offered a regional pilot group since PSA, Pinnacle, Eagle and XJET is kind of a big deal. Sorry for trying to help improve things at the regional airlines. Stop being negative.
