We not sky gods, its a small raise but for months people have been saying were next, and questioning if we'll hold the line or join the likes of PSA. This TA puts that talk to bed.

That stuff isn't negotiable - company policy. You take what they give.
You guys are excited about a 1% raise? That doesn't come close to keeping up with inflation.
The free medical and uniform $ is nice, but other than that, I don't see much here.
How would you feel about the proposal if you took away the recent Pinnacle and PSA agreement?
