Any increases in health insurance benefits or 401k match?

Sounds like things are going well! Nice job guys and truly TY! Always remember they need us more than we need them! Even though they will always try and convince us otherwise!

PSA / Endeavor still think you had no choice?

Some will never see the big picture...

Republic F/O max $37. On a 70/75 hour guarantee ? Second year Skywest prop F/O $37.15. 80 hour guarantee. 100% cancelation / DH and soft time. What did he miss?

3:57 to 4:00 is 3 minutes, not 5...

(according at APC) RAH tops out at $37/hr in year 4 with a 75hr/month guarantee. A Skywest brasilia FO if this passes will earn $37.15/hour year 2 with an 80hr/month guarantee. The year 2 brasilia FO comes out ahead of the year 4 RAH 175 FO by $197/month.

This doesn't even include the fact that Skywest pays 100% for cancelations and RAH pays zero. The year 2 brasilia FO wins out against any FO on RAH property.
