Are you sure about that? The way I read this, the E175 rates are an override like the 700/900 rates.

Jet is correct. Hard rate. So this applies to soft time, 100% DH and cancelation pay. This is huge for me. Blocked 750 last year, got paid 950.

Yes I'm sure. You need to read the email again

E175 is a hard rate. A payscale was included in the package. It is 6. something percent higher than the 200 rates. Depending how much soft time you get it could pay a bit more than the -900.

Correct. Its not a BHO. If you follow the links you can see the payscale

I think that the increased seatlocks alone will make this a net savings for the company. That's ok, I'll happily vote yes based on the raise coming to the lowest paid seat at the company.

I'd be voting NO if I was an EMB CA. 1% raise is a raise???

But I guess I'd vote Yes otherwise (I don't work there anymore, just lurking)

For once, being a yes voter will be a good thing.

Im pleased with what was presented to us today in light of what was a horrible 2013 in terms of concessionary contracts around the industry. I'll happily sign my name to a yes vote now and revisit things in a year, when our collective value as pilots should finally resume being recognized favorably by industry management.

I'm also voting yes. I'm very pleased with SAPA's work and SkyWest's management's willingness to bargain with them.

Good job guys. Hopefully this will reinforce that the guys at eagle and xjt don't need to accept concessions in order to survive.
