Oh darn.

Does one list make inc group stronger? Yes it does. But.... There's roughly 3000 pilots who would vote against a straight ISL based on DOH.

I've always felt that relative seniority is the most fair way to integrate pilot groups. Each group brings with them a commensurate amount of aircraft so therefore the your seniority ends up being about the same, percentage wise.

This may have been addressed already but does anyone know what the new new ejet pay override is?

Yup, actually have a vote now regarding the new pay package. Again, you don't work here therefore you don't know how we operate

The E175 is the same as the 700 override. It's an actual pay rate.

Incorrect. It's 80% if the 900 rate which is 108% of the 200 rate. Clear enough? (The 700 is 106% of 200 rates). However the ERJ is a fixed pay rate so in theory it closes the 20% difference. In the end it's just under Compass rates.
