First off the pay rates on this site for SkyWest are incorrect. The rates shown on here are at least a year or two old. This is what we had last year, and with no raise on the RJ will have in 2014.

Duty guarantee? You guys are giving it up. We get 2 for 1.
Premium Pay? Do you even have that. 1 for 1 on anything scheduled over 12.
Cancellation? 100%
DH? 100%. You guys have it slightly better than us. We don't get block or better. But we also get it paid every time even if we don't take the DH. You guys lose it if you don't take the DH on the last leg.
Paid holidays? We get 4.3 hours of pay even if we don't work them on 6 holidays. That's an extra 25.8 hours a year. What do you have?

I may know "nothing", according to you. But I put my money where my mouth is and always have a plan B. I'm guessing you didn't have a plan B? Yes...you buckled under the threat of a shut down, voted in a **** contact, thereby directly contributing to the continuing decline of the industry. Why do you think your opinion matters?

Also, what's the SKW min days off? What's the SKW ready reserve sit time? What's the SKW commuter policy? What's the SKY insurance and retirement?
Also, you're tossing in things that that may not exist in the current L-ASA or current L-XJT CBA's with the TA.
2:1/1:1? That's in the JCBA.
How about Block in/block out pay method? SKW, substandard.
Vacation accrual? SKW, substandard
Vacation pay? SKW, substandard
Days off in 7? SKW, substandard
Bereavement Leave? SKW, substandard
Sick leave accrual? SKW, substandard
OJI bank? SKW, substandard
PBS? SKW system worse than flightline or smartperf
Long call airport standby? SKW, substandard
Airport standby pay? SKW, substandard

It's the genius of it all. Scare them with concessions then offer a pay freeze. It will seem like a pilot victory.
