XJET/ASA hold the line. Vote No. Talk to the yes voters and educate them.
With this 1 YEAR agreement we aren't lowering any "bar" therefor we're maintain said "bar." But in the end I will do what's best for our futures both as a pilot group and as a company. I will not vote no just to save face with my competitors pilots. I'm voting yes and any no voters are ridiculously delusional if they think we can do better while remain competitive in order to retain our contracts and win new ones. More hiring with more upgrades, better flexible schedules, more domiciles, retaining current contracts and being competitive on new ones is worth FAR more than an extra 5% in pay. It's sad so many are unable to see the forest through the trees. You guys need to see the big picture here otherwise you'll find yourself unemployed. So I ask, what good is an extra 5% if your competitors accept concessions which put you out of business?
Regional pilots act like bunch of little school girls, when was the last time you read a thread where SWA pilots were bashing on AA/US pilots for lowering the bar? Only at the regionals do we attack each other. Again I will do what's best for my airline and my pilot group.

Coming from a family rich in history with pilots I'm highly educated on what's going on within this industry. I live, sleep and breath my career.
