And now SKW has a chance to raise it. Like it or not, all regionals have different cost structures. Some are better than others. Fact is...
Out of EVERY REGIONAL...9E is the only one to receive a shutdown threat. 9E's business plan has nothing to do with other regionals. If you let your management feed you that garage, then you need to do a self evaluation. PSA, AE, whoever else are not in the same financial situation 9E was. PT and his cronies jacked this airline up and now they have a lot of work to salvage it. That's just the plain truth. No other regional has gone through so many bad business decisions like 9E in the past 10 years. This is public knowledge. So there is no reason to vote on a concessionary contract. Your MEC should be smart about that.
So SKW, congrats on your upcoming contract. I'm sure you wanted more, but we all do. And any other regional that happens to read this, don't vote in a concessionary contract because your airlines aren't in financial trouble.

The current L-XJT CBA is better than the current proposal for SKW. It gets BETTER, the concessionary TA being offered to XJT is BETTER than the proposal to SKW.

Don't know where you are getting your information but you need to check your facts. Some of our current work rules are better than your current contract, and some of yours are better. Our pay is better than your current contract. Really the only thing you guys have that we would like is better retirement and insurance.

And better reserve rules. I'm getting sick of sitting 7.5 hours of RDY multiple days per week for half pay and never getting called. I would take either XJT or Eagle's reserve rules in a heartbeat.

Maybe you need to do and side by side top to bottom comparison and see how they stack up OVERALL.

What we've been offered is a pay freeze and is not raising any bar. 70% of this pilot group will get about an extra 3-400$ for next year. Factor in 117 rest rules and that gets washed away. Anyone who claims this is raising the bar has some SERIOUS MENTAL RESONING ISSUES.

Sorry, but SGU isn't exactly "upping the ante" with this thing.

Can someone post the TA on the table at XJT? Specifically, Deadhead, cxl pay, holiday pay, 401k matching, health care , and any other meaningful benefit. I think pay rates are already available and pretty transparent.

I think somebody else, that also ACTUALLY knows about it disagrees with you as well.......
Serious question "Is offline", the timing on this whole thing sure is a funny coincidence. But do you REALLY think that if it was better that management would offer the SKW agreement to the XJT group?

I believe the timing of the contract is funny. Why would they offer that TA to expressjet and then come to skwy and say here is a few improvements , when they have been asking for concessions for a year.
