No. What was going to be imposed was a thousand times worse. Would you want the bar lowered anymore? Because that's what your advocating. If you really are former Pinnacle like someone else claims you have to be the most uneducated person on the process I've ever come across.
What happened to 9E justifiable? I don't know. What happened at PSA is a joke an that's a fact.
While the 1% is a small increase, it trends in the right direction. Hopefully we can ALL continue this trend.
Let's put away our Diks, this pi$$ing match is over.

Compare that with the deal our peers have been offered at XJT, Eagle, Pinnacle and PSA within the past 12 months and a 1% raise is a lot more than most people would have expected. Clearly it's not an amazing raise, but it proves that there's no reason anyone should be taking concessions right now.
It's entertaining to me that there have been 6 months worth of "stop the whipsaw" and "down with PSA" type posts on these forums, yet when one company actually does stop the whipsaw the response is "what you only got a 1% raise? how terrible!"

Absolutely. I'm a recent transition from the bro and I support all of those FOs entirely. If this passes my old room mate will be bidding top 10 in base on the bro while I bid 85% in base on the RJ and we'll have the same pay rate. This might even slightly make me regret transitioning.

Best Saab rates in the industry by a ton!
We all know how that ended.

In all honestly, I never read what was going to be imposed, I left well before any type of vote came about. I understand why guys stayed and why guys moved on. As I said earlier regarding your vote, damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Just to recap:
The RJ pilots don't get any raise. Only Bro captains get 1% and the Bro FO get $37.15 for years 2-8. So a majority of the pilot group will not get a raise. The RJ rates stay the same as now; the 2013 rates.
It's something I'm a little miffed about.

Impressive, finding one of you is like trying to find bigfoot.

I'm not a koolaid drinker either. In the grand scheme of things this is barely holding the line. The only real raise is for entry-level pilots, whom the company is going to have trouble attracting and retaining on the bro anyway.
The money they did throw our way (medical, per diem) is all tax deductable for the employees so subtract 30% of that to account for the lost tax deduction.
The only significant win was breaking the BHO paradigm.
But with all that said it's still better than the massive concessions which other groups are rolling over for.
