But quick "upgradezzzzzz", as you like to put it on the Mesa thread, are bahhhhhd (picture Dana Carvey impersonating Bush 41).
Too bad you guys don't have an enforceable document like a Collective Bargaining Agreement that could possibly make life a little better.
I wouldn't worry about "getting time", you will fly. The drawback is that at first it might be TDY and wacky double deadhead to go fly :45. I have friends on reserve who break guarantee every month and some who never fly.
As soon as you can get a line (maybe a month or two at the junior bases) PBS will load you up with 90+ hours of credit every month.

Stock is marching downward. Not free falling yet, but replacement of the top financial guys in such a short period will cause more than a little investor unrest.

Just got the official offer!
Even though there was no sim, they still do a real interview and I am glad I passed it.
Since I have other offers from "quick upgrade" airlines, I have a tough decision to make! Anyone can list the major positives of the skw contract? I am hearing upgrade time is now down to 4 years.
Commute is not a factor as I will have to commute.
