Dont worry, that is our typical SLC crew. From Captain to the FA, age and dead end career seems to be contributing factor.

Unless you know someone here who can give the interview team a shout, I would go to a flt ops job fair. We're at every one and they got em every month. It might seem like a lot of effort but it's worth it.
