You can't ever tell from the DVR, but the last Insight in TG's section said they would be running upgrade classes of 36 per month.

Top 10 in his domicile but double digit employee number. Probably here around 30+ years. No word from the company or reps, but could be by request from the individual. Most likely a retire.

Top 10 anywhere east of Denver isn't saying much.
I only know of one pilot with over 20 years that has done an interview somewhere else. Anyone else with that much time here has been retiring. And we've had a few of those lately.

The basis for justifying staying is out the window now. It's years to retirement vs. years on property. Can SkyWest make it long enough for one to retire. If you've got 10+ years to retirment and you're not seriously trying to leave you've got your head in the sand.

As far a "senior" sim guys go. He was very Jr... Good guy. Most SkyWest pilots are tired of working 18+ days a month.... Thats why the attention is going up..
