MSP yes, ORD no. It's shrinking and you've gotta get in line behind me and like 15 others. IAH maybe, but honestly who knows. The most recent RJ class to be awarded a base all got SLC. I didn't see that one coming. Guys from my class have already transferred to FAT, COS, and SLC within 3-5 months.

Has anybody recently received an email from SkyWest after applying that includes the mandatory questions sheet? The reason I ask is I got that email 1.5 weeks ago. I submitted the paper the next day and haven't heard anything since. Was wondering if I am still in the running for an interview, or should I try to contact them.

From what I understand, they're very busy right now. Be patient, SKW has always been good about getting back to ya. I also received the same questionnaire and it took 4 weeks to hear back with an interview date.

If you get the Mandatory questionaire and don't have any major red flags (DUI's, arrest, multiple checkride busts) is an upcoming interview likely? Just would like to know for planning.

Also how far out are classes booked right now? Is it true through the summer into the fall?

it's is more likely to get an interview, but i'm sure they have stacks of resumes right now. i'm sure they are doing their best to look at everyone. as for classes, we have been told theres 1 end of april and 1 in june for new hires. i heard they usually slow down on training over the summer so bc they need all the pilots on the line. i'm sure they will start hiring a lot more later this year.
