IAH hasn't seen very many awards in the last several months.
SGU awards transfers continuosly if there is a need. We don't do it by a big bid several times a year. You could easily be awarded a number of different transfers in a short time if there are openings.

There are a good number of MSP FOs with bids in for other domiciles, thats still a possibiltiy. SLC has had a number of awards recently, not necessarily right out of class, but they haven't been on the property long. FAT, SFO, and LAX have first year RJ FOs there now as well.

From the RSR report. And dont ask me what RSR is.
"At this point, MSP staffing is pretty much where it will be for awhile. Although a few MSP-based flights are still being flown by crews from other domiciles, there are no current plans to increase MSP staff.
Best of luck on your April schedules."

Also keep in mind that MSP was initially scheduled to be staffed with only 70 crews (includes reserves), today we have 106 crews (106 CAs and 137 FO's). Just be happy it's grown beyond their original estimates.

Hiring outlook is consistent, if attrition picks up then so will hiring.

SkyWest will NOT drop their mins and yes they're 1000/100. SkyWest will more than likely stick with their current mins (1000/100) regardless of the 2013 rule change since you'll be able to get an ATP with only 1000 hours if you attend certain programs. If you get hired prior to August 2013 you must have the ATP written completed because SKW will give you your ATP during initial.

Other airlines increase and decrease their mins at the drop of a hat, not SkyWest. SkyWest is very consistent, I'd expect the mins to remain the same but add that you must possess an ATP after August 2013.

Without explaining the whole logic, how many people/size of base/who has bids in/transitions/etc. I will say this. If you are hired after reading this post, there are nearly 2x the number of guys between me and your seniority # if you are hired tomorrow than the # of guys based there. It historically was 2-3 years wait, it went down for a few of us who got in, but if you are hired now, 2+ years for SFO/LAX is likely.
