I'll be in the December 29 CRJ class. Are guys still getting IAH out of training?

For whatever reason IAH hasn't been as junior lately. 6 to 8 months to get there. I'm a line holder in LAX after 5 months, but can't even hold IAH. Who'da thunk.

Guess looking in the mirror isn't an option. While TC is rather brisk, he probably knows more about AOS/PBS than anyone including Kelvin. Frank B. is probably second in the company. I have had many conversations with both guys and haven't seen anything but top tier knowledge in both. My bet is if you haven't done your homework and are looking for spoon feeding you will not like the response. If you come into the crew lounge with your TopGun swagger and obnoxious attitude(like you display here), I am not surprised he was less than chipper/frendly. More than a few guys at SKYW have come from the upper levels of other industries, and old habits die hard. Given the quality of your postings, I must say your experience is not surprising.

Do you guys think the CRJ might be quicker in pulling a line out of either SFO or FAT?
As much as I would like to fly the ERJ, the CRJ looks like it might provide better QoL.
What do you guys think?
Either way, looking forward to joining the team!

Congrats! For my own curiosity, is the 12/28 class date a typo or is SKYW starting a class on a Sunday?

If it is a typo, this could get interesting. The person who gave me a call said the ERJ class was starting on the 28th, and said the scheduling was a little different because this class was starting on a Sunday. (which i'm hoping means it's not a typo since she also confirmed that the 28th is indeed a sunday)
Hey CJC1024, why are you choosing the CRJ over the ERJ? bases / seniority?

Mostly bases. And it's looking like the CRJ will help seniority with all of the bro guys going to the ERJ. I'm from Houston, so no 175 there until Mesa screws it up.

IAH has been shrinking since the end of the summer flying and Mesa bringing in the 175 taking some of the longer 700 flights.

Yeah I figured that's what was happening. If I have to go to ORD for 6 months then so be it. I'll get IAH eventually I guess.
