Depends, but you can jumpseat home during training if that's your question.

Of course pending the interveiw goes well.
As said above. If not commuting is your desire, don't let the SJS distract you. Play it safe and take the CRJ! You can always go Ejet later if you like.

Word on the street is the Ejet doesn't do super well in DEN. But that might just me blowing smoke out of my ass, which is known to happen

When you get your ID badge. None of us got ours till the end of the 2nd week of systems (3rd Friday we had been there). By that point there was no point in going home because there were only 3 or 4 more days of G/S left.

BTW...the CRM courses were by far my favorite part of the g/s. I thought they were tremendously valuable (they definitely give you a damn good attitude check) and the instructors who teach it do a tremendous job of turning what is normally a snoozer class into something that holds your attention all day. AK and PT are GREAT guys, I hope I fly with them!

You can jumpseat as soon as you get your crew badge. United benefits are 14 days after date of hire and Delta benefits are 30 days (if you're not on the E175).

If you go to SWOL - Travel - Travel Profile it tells you the effective date for all of your flight benefits at the top and lists the people on those benefits.

When I first met AK (at my interview), I thought he was a little, shall we say... Intense? But I've since run into him on several occasions during training events, and I really do like him. He's very sharp, and a very nice guy.

Agreed. I actually had a chance to fly with PT on a 3 day a few months ago, nice guy as well.

If I never hear that song again it would be too soon.
