Current word is 16 upgrades/mo... 8 CRJ, 8 EMB.

Would I like to see upgrades trend junior? Yes, I need as many guys junior to me in the left seat as possible.
But that's just it... The attrition rate is most likely going to be increasing. Heck, it's already gone up quite a bit over the past two months! Lately, almost every time I log onto SkedPlus I've moved up another few spots.

Well, at least its moving in the right direction. We will see how it plays out in the near future, that is, within the next 18 months.

Yep, I agree. I'm cautiously optimistic... Meaning I'm working on my backup plan and will be pleasantly surprised if things work out here.

Heck, I've moved up 15 spots since the last bid period! That was about 3 weeks ago.

I got mine today. I can't take it though. When they told me 6 months ago to expect a call in April, I took a contract position. I can't break the contract. So hopefully they will keep me in the pool until a May or later class.

Now lets see about getting some more upgrade emails, huh? That would be nice. But I just cant see that many senior guys leaving and going elsewhere. It seems that whatever hiring was going on has been coming to a stop again. And I agree with you WRX, plan B is developing strongly!
