In the conference call, it is clear SkyWest wants to shrink. "Bigger isn't better". The planes they are losing are unprofitable so they want to let them go from Xjet and the "entire enterprise". They want to get back to delivering quality over quantity. The fleet flexibility is something they are embracing. Interesting times ahead.....
