I think they are just holding out for more seniority or base availability. Why would a SEA based RJ FO upgrade in to MSP?

So MSP trips suck? Is that just because they are short? Can anyone elaborate?

Of MSP, ORD, DEN, and IAH which have the better trips? And how easy is it to get IAH?

MSP on the 200 is brutal. A lot of short hops... BRD/BJI/RHI/INL/IMT/HIB/RST and you get the idea. It's definitely nothing glamorous.

I guess that's why it's pretty junior hey? Just doing some research for the future for when the time comes to make a decision (if one is present) on where I want to live (ill be moving to wherever I am based and would prefer to avoid multiple moves, if possible). Trying to compare trips between DEN, ORD, and IAH.

Have you started class already? If you have you can look at all of the pairings on SkyWest Online.

Simply out of curiosity, could someone share an approximate run down of pilot bases based on seniority as it stands right now? Junior->Senior?
