Any word on reserve time in ORD? I've heard lots of answers. I've heard some say 2-3 months and others say over a year.

COS is actually more junior than ORD and MSP but now that staffing has become an issue they're probably going to put new hires where they need staffing. The most understaffed bases are MSP, DEN, IAH and ORD. COS is a junior base but you may need to wait a bit before they allow transfers in.
You'd have a very good chance at holding DEN out of training while you wait for COS if that's an option for you.

New hires going to MSP are getting lines right out of IOE.
For July there are only 48 CA reserves company wide!
Not sure about FOs.
Many flights get cancelled each day due to lack of crews!
The next few years are going to be very interesting?
Also heard SkyWest is coming up with an internal class for obtaining the ATP written after August 1st.

This is correct. I will have at least 92 hours this month. Every FO has a line and I highly doubt there are many Capt reserves, if any in Minnie.

I don't think DEN is attainable out of class a few people who were in my Jan. class are still waiting to get there. As for time on reserve I started bidding in April and I'm holding a composite line for July in ORD.
Those that like numbers I started tracking my seniority out of curiosity:
May 3203
June 3178
July 3153
I don't remember what it was when I came on board in Jan, but it's probably safe to assume it was about 20-30 numbers higher.
