Say you have 15 guys who are transferring to CRJ. Are they put in same class with new hire guys going into CRJ?

Thanks
Yes they are put in the same class as new hires. We had 5 in our class (4/28).

Are you 4/28 guys on IOE now? That was the class I was gonna be in, but had to defer. How'd the training go?

Doubtful. My classmates from 3/31 class are still in IOE at the moment. I went through the first wave of Sims so I finished prior to them. Took me 2 months and 1 day from beginning of class to first day of reserve after being done with IOE

3/31 class , first day reserve 6/1

No. Our class is finishing up sims and ILOE this coming week and then we hang around for 700/900 differences. We will be filtering out of here starting around the 17th through the 20th or 21st. Then I expect IOE to start a week or so later.

Hi guys,

in your opinion, IF SFO becomes one of the base for E175, will it go much more senior than CRJ?

Any seat lock to go from CRJ to E175 or vice versa? Can a person easily go from one to the other in 6 months if they wanted to?

Cheers!

I would say jr.. Only 20 or so people have there bids in for E175 FO. And doubt most SFO peeps will bid it unless the trips are amazing...

The way I read it; jet to jet transitions incur a two year seat lock.

Not even an issue, we are no where close to someone being able to upgrade in one year.

He might be saying that senior FOs might not want to risk a seat lock so it goes to more junior people.
