Thanks! Can you share any light on the SEA base? I'm going to assume it's small and rather senior?

It (SEA) might be expanding soon I would imagine with all of the new Delta flying plus perhaps additional Alaska flying too. Just guessing.

You assume correctly. Seattle plug on the FO side was a 2/08 hire.

Good luck
Ok great! Thanks for the help, I appreciate it! I'm looking forward to hopefully being able to work here.

Any word on new-hires going into the 175? I don't care what airplane I fly...I just want whatever will give me the shortest path to being based in SFO.

(Although, as I write this, I realize the inanity of my question. Whatever answer is correct today, will be incorrect tomorrow)

June 30th is the first e175 class for new hires I've hear. That's not official

If they dont hire in to the BRO when you show up for class, then CRJ is your next best bet.

At least 2 new hires into the 175 June 30th. The next class or two after that will be mostly new hires. After they announce SFO or DEN opening as a base, there will be no new hires into the 175 until both bases are full. If Skywest doesn't open SFO or DEN, expect 175 ORD new hire classes until ORD is full. There is a chance for you to end up in SFO on the 175 if the aircraft is not warmly received by SFO FOs and therefore goes real junior. Roll the dice and good luck.
